Thanks Ray and no worries about being rude . . . you certainly are not that! I have greatly benefited from and appreciated your support. Thanks for taking the valuable and limited time you have and using it to comment on my work.
Waterford . . .? Oooooh - Pictures would have been nice . . . but then hindsight is 20/20. I did the same thing at Hearst Castle here . . . just would have taken too much time and we were photographing seal pups and parents on the beach . . . within sight of the castle!
Take care of yourself Ray.

Oh well done to you Doyle. I love candid shots of people working and you have got stuck straight into the new project with a timely visit to a glassworks. Excellent skin tones, wonderful details and an excellent bold crop. I am kicking myself. We journeyed through Waterford on our route to Cork on our recent Holiday in Ireland. YES, we did go into the famous crystal glass works and spent a long time looking at the finished items. NO, we didn't tour the areas of manufacture......xvxqra! agasczx!! We ran out of time and the next tour would have kept us too late. I did get one shot in and I will post it in due course. Once again, well done to you....and BTW many thanks for your advice on mono conversions; it's very rude of me not to have acknowledged this before now. I have yet to try out what you and Andre wrote about but to secure time for this and other PS matters I would have to exit UF for a while.....I hate doing that. Once again, many thanks my good friend. My very best wishes to you as always.....Ray

Ouch! Jessie you just reminded me. I SHOULD have taken photos of the finished work they had displayed on glass shelves . . . just too entranced with the work, I guess.

Thanks Michelle. Scientific glass blowers (the kind that use torches and small glass rods and usually make small glass figurines) have always intrigued me. They are different from these guys and this is the first time I have seen this. I was entranced! I like it all!

Very Nice work Doyle ! I used to work in a glass Art Gallery , and enjoyed it very much. For some reason there are many great glass artists in the PNW. In the small town where I live, there are maybe 4 galleries.. I also enjoy it. Michele~
