Pat, the zoom was at 80mm. This lens is very sharp but not quite (its close) in the same league as your 200mm micro or your 200mm VR. I like its versatility and compact size, but not the relatively slow focusing. After extensive use of the SWM focus lenses, one does tend to look down on the older AF design.

Eb - A really original shot. What was your zoom setting? Based on the quality of your shots with this lens, it makes me want to sell the Sigma and go with the Nikon.
