Hi jon thankyou for your nice comment ,,the blur of her hair was due to her standing in front of a fan ..i grateful she let me take a pictures as she tends to run away if she see,s the camera now ..i think she felt sorry for me as i had lost the use of my left arm..had to rest the camera on a chair arm and just use my right arm...lol..nessa

This is really well done, as you already know :-] .. I have a couple of criticisms, however. I think that the background should have been uniformly white. The dark bar on the right side of the image stands out quite a bit. Also, I would have tried to go for sharpness throughout, I think by both increasing the shutter speed AND perhaps the aperture (I can't tell if the hair blur is from movement or DOF or both). The suggestion of movement would have been retained while making all of the image sharp. Having said that, the contrast between the exquisitely sharp face/eyes and the and the blurriness of the hair/background does make her features stand out quite strongly. As with many suggestions we might make for "improvements" to an image, it's a toss-up whether the result would be a better shot, or merely a different one.
