About Friends will know I collect statues, and like to take photos of them. In Japan's "bubble" era, when everyone had money to spare, there was a lot of marble used in public buildings and a lot of commissions for sculptures. This little lion (not much bigger than a real life cat) is a survivor from the bubble era.
