Hello Edward, it was 15 years ago and I don't really remember the finer details, but I didn't stay at Nakuru, I think we were en-route from Treetops to Naivasha (which was beautiful) via Thompson's Falls, what a pity your accommodation spoilt your visit,

Nakuru is a very interesting and beautiful place; my only complaint was the lack of accommodation choices. Where did you stay? I was thoroughly unimpressed with my hotel.
