Hey Del:
Instead of a long write up, the best thing I can do is direct you to someone who I think has really changed the way I look and see floral photographs. She has a real flair for lighting and assymetric composition. Once you start poking around her portfolio you can pick up some interesting compositional tricks and start looking for interesting perspectives.

Thank you Scott for the constructive advice. When I started shooting I was only trying to show the variety of colors and petal design so wanted some thing I could compare. I never realized they came in so many different patterns and colors. You are right that from the artistic point of view it would be much better if they were shot at different angles and in different sizes. My goal here was not so much to produce an artistic product as to show the difference among the various flowers. Del.

Pretty flowers again,But every shot has the same composition,Would like to see a variety of angles and zooms to capture some unique shots, rather than same shot but a different flower.
