Very well seen and captured! I find this type of perspective is naturally appealing (provided composition is good - which this one is) since your eye is drawn from the base towards the top of the image. Your choice of BW is likewise very good- keeps the details and contrast very well.

Excellent capture - the perspective adds a good sense of towering height to these buildings and the black and white conversion creates a nice nostalgic feel. The dramatic lighting is perfect and exposure spot on. The dark shape of the building at the upper right is the only thing that bugs me, but still an excellent photo. Great work Ignacio!
