I have only recently noted your florals... quite a change from one two legged fleur to a many petalled fleur... while this caught my eye
compliments

This has to be my favorite of all your florals, Raquel, although I like very much some of the down deep macros. This image takes the viewer into another dimension that is not viewable, via the projected part. The mind says, whoa, where did that come from, and the two symmetries reinforce each other. Simple, but powerful, and thanks for stopping by my little purslane shot. Anson

I really like how you used your light here from the top to create the showdows below. Very good idea and capture!
Well done ....

Sorry, I just checked the English version, it should be "Zeno's Paradox". I took it from my Spanish memory bank ;-)

Dear Raquel, your picture got me thinking about how things, sometimes, can be more beautiful as a shadow; how can we interpret reality under different angles, chorminance, reflexions and projections?
I think that your porfolio is an exploration to this question and a I feel that I'm looking through a window to a world where things are decomposed to their essence. It's like watching the Zenon Paradox unfold before my eyes.
Keep the good work. I admire you.
Sincerely.
Francisco

The green as the only color, the crisp shadows, the composition, the lines, the contrast...make one excellent image Raquel! Deserves a BIP! Take care...Robin

Excellent presentation to this floral Raquel. I love the contrasting elements to this - the top, with the dabs of color from the flower against the solid black background, and the bottom with the shadows against the white. Superb work!
