Hi John,
Great shot, primarily because of the idea. An every day sight, but a very unusual photo, and that's what appeals to me in this one.
The slightly skewed and distorted rack, with the wires not alligning perfectly with horizontal and vertical edges is just a bit distracting. Don't think you have many options to prevent that, except for some fine tuning the image in photoshop.
Excelelnt tones, too - very good photo.
