If it were not for the few trees, this could be boring. But they add the needed upright, dynamic elements and thus, interest. I like the colors, the sky is imposing, and the light shaft coming down increases the drama. Very nicely done.

Very nice indeed. It underlines the old maxim that landscape photography is all about capturing exceptional light. The light here adds real depth and the feeling of movement in the clouds and the grasses give great dynamism.

Great sky and shadows on the field but I think the positioning of the trees within the picture space was very important. They add a focal point and are a real bonus.
