The textures in both the glass and the tiles have been expertly captured, and I like the lighting, the combination of refraction and reflection is nice, but also the placement of the highlights emphasises the shape of the bottle nicely.
I do think that either the lighting is a bit hard, or the contrast could be reduced a notch; the highlights on the top of the vase are a bit blown out.
Just curious, have you considered using a stronger diagonal composition with the flask and its shadow, and using an even surface? I think thet might balance the composition a bit more, the current overview looks a bit cluttered to me.
