Awesome capture and detail Cathy ~ how on earth did you get so close.. or was this in a 'petting' zoo? Either way looks too close for me!

Scary shot Cathy, I really did think it was paving! How on earth did you get so close with that lens?
I'd also like to say thanks for your comment on my horse photo http://www.usefilm.com/Image.asp?ID=1147367 its very much appreciated....all the best.

I am sure glad you clarified that because, yes, I thought it was paving bricks. Good job on the close-up to give that illusion.
I'm figuring you were at a "petting zoo" because it never dawned on me Australia had crocs. Duh, I totally spaced out that Crocodile wrestler who's so popular on TV here.... you can have him back now. PLEASE.
Best wishes, Dave

I love the way this picture was composed. But most importantly I'm attracted at the color; the contrast between the lighter green and the grey color which provides the matrix for the leaves looks complementing to each other and the colors mixed very well. Such a pleasing picture to look at. Very nice work. (and I can't believe that it is crocodile!)
And my compliment to your very nice portfolio! Regards.

Nicely seen Cathy! This could be a good entry in the Patterns in Nature category. I like the way you have kept the mystery in the image by not including the whole Croc. Andre

Hi Walt, thanks for your comments. I enjoy your sense of humour. I notice you have a Nikon D200, are you enjoying it? I have only had mine a matter of days, we should set some goals for getting more D200 images on usefilm. Cathy
