Hi, Gayle -
Thanks for the suggestions. I need to get some editing software (as I keep telling myself) - I almost didn't post this because of its defects but it kind of captures a pleasant memory from last month. As you say, it's a good vantage point - as you kindly didn't say, I failed to make the most of it! I might well try the cropping you suggest, though: that's easy enough to do.

hi, i would crop down to just below the haze of the BG hills since the sky is bald and cropping wouldn't take away from the focus of the serpentine river...if you use any photo editing sw,i would tweak the gamma level,too,which would darken a bit...or,tweak the contrast level...you shot this from a good vantage pt.
