I like the horizon placement, and that you got that important lower third for the detail, leading the eye in and up. It does seem there's a loss of range in the upper third of the photo, however, making it look 'posterized'. You could, perhaps, increase brightness and contrast to sort of distract from that, and bring out the bottom and middle more in that way.
