Thanks Biljana, this was taken last Easter when we were in Germany. Every Easter I take a week off and go there for the last 4 or 5 years.
This year we have plans to go again, it is such a lovely and quiet area over there.... we both love it.

Thanks Meldijana, it was a very peaceful place, a campingsite in fact, but in april we were the only ones standing on that field. In may it wil be a little busyer over here.

Fantastisch mooi plaatje Riny, en ik dacht nog even niets. De polder bij ons stond vroeger vol met koolzaad, overal waar je keek zag het geel, tot het meer koste dan het opbracht, toen zijn ze gestopt.
Ik ben 2 keer in Tsjechie geweest, mooi land met veel groen, en in deze tijd van het jaar is alles wat niet groen is geel van het koolzaad, een prachtig gezicht.Maar in tsjechie verdienen ze stukken minder, zodat daar nog geld wordt verdient aan de productie voor de koolzaadolie.

Thanks Doyle, very flattered by your comment, and yes... itīs a very great place, in fact itīs a campingsite were we stood for easterholliday one week. This was the third time we went there for easter.

Indeed, it was very peacefull alongside this little stream, but itīs possible this changes to a stream that puts the whole area under water, happened sometime in 2002.

Hoi Klaas het is niet wat je denkt.. We weten het al jaren en toch is het niet vanzelfsprekend. Auto's kunnen rijden op koolzaadolie. Het is milieu vriendelijk en is in principe oneindig voorradig. Waarom rijden we dan nog niet allemaal op koolzaad? Blijkbaar is het nog niet gewoon genoeg. Behalve in Venlo dan, waar de gemeente twee jaar geleden besloot koolzaad te laten aanplanten en waarop de bezemwagens van stadsbeheer nu rijden. Daarnaast gebruikt de gemeente het in de wegenbouw. Waarom was Venlo ook al weer groen? Misschien is dit een van de redenen... Groet,Riny
