Hello Ekkehard!
This image is highly stylised, you have quite a gift for your subject. The light, composition and other factors are exceptional. It's a pleasure to view your work.

All the best, Simon

The simple but excellent composition, the sharpness, the slight toning and the incredible dark sky result in an outstanding image, which leaves me a bit jealous considering my own mostly failed IR experiments.

This si breathtaking! I think it is the slope with the shadow that provides not only a nice soft shape but beautiful shadow areas. The tree leaves are lighter like IR film provides and the simplicity makes it pleasant to look at. I can look at this for ages. It is true art and very inspiring. Well done.

Too bad about that little washed-out area just right of the trunk base, otherwise superb.

Hi Ekkehard, Nice photograph. I like the IR feel that it has although I would really like to see it in true B&W. When I view the photo there is a definite green tint. It very well may be my monitor. Thanks for sharing. Steve

Well done, Ekkehard. It has an "infrared film" quality to it. Did you use an filters on this?

Wow! Great light, and wonderful lines in this one. The tree really stands out from the dark sky.
