Congratulations on this wonderful photo Partha! I like the intense light on the children as well as the books too, very natural highlights. The other source of light are the children themselves as reflected on the table. I believe you have a cold weather there as seen on their clothings, thus that warm sunlight is really welcomed.

Good photojournalism image. I think it would be stronger in B/W tone because of the rays of light and the colors distract.
