An unusual view to capture this bud.. good light with highlights on the tip and dark background. Very nice textures, first time I've observe this budding hibiscus.. If I have to use my imaginations again... the red tip looks like it wants to kiss the lens...

Kelly, the texture and folds in the bud present a fabric like look - like a flannel blanket! A lovely view with good use of DOF.
