I really like the DOF and the tone of this image. Although I do wish the nails where all straight. I think with the straighting of the nails you'd have a perfect shot here...of course just my 2 cents.
Great work and idea otherwise!

Cool idea, Phil, and a good chocice of DOF. I feel a bit ambiguous about the 45degree angle, though; it divides the frame into two parts just a bit too severely, I think. Maybe if you'd chosen a lower PoV, and a larger focal lenght (so you wouldn't touch the aligned wireclamps (or whatever they may be called), the effect could've been a tad stronger, and it would also solve the split in two parts, as the clamps would occupy a larger area of the frame.
Nevertheless a very creative idea, and well captured.
