She is a pretty model and I like her pose. the lighting is good, I see it evenly on her face. I see nothing wrong with the earing, I see it compliments her. The back ground of the branches on her head is diastracting but the rest is okay, it completes the composition... good shot overall...

Very pretty subject the picture does not do her justice. The bg is a tad distracting and personally the image is too soft.

not a bad image. I think there are few problems with your image:
1- The back ground is too busy which interfer
2- Her ear ring is so bright which interfer the image
3- She is NOT relax at all
otherwise she is sexy and perhaps you could show more images of her in near future

Beautiful woman. Wonderful drama to her pose. I find the earings a little distracting but still a wonderful capture.
