Thanks for the comments Susie. The 100x400 is amazingly sharp provided the light is there. I thought I could use it for indoor sports shots....but not the best lens for that. I withhold judgement until I can get some good use outdoors in nicer weather. Oh yeah, it's very heavy too.

nice photograph captured, the bird seems like it is enjoying what it is doing and maybe enjoying too his stay there at your resort...: ) I like the loop on that long neck, my eyes follows it to the end of the beak, then follows the loop again.. very good clarity.. nice shot!
