I think this is a great shot Jim, but I really liked the one you just pulled down because of only four views and no comments which is quite beyond me.
The image I am speaking of was titled "Ocean In A Bottle" and the attached was what I was going to offer as a remake with a slightly more panoramic crop ...

Very very well done! The best of the photo is to me the great contrast of the houses in front of the black background. The tower acts like a... protector... a giant that watches the houses and makes sure everything is ok.
Also, a very "open" image - one of those that make you want to get out of home and enjoy the lights out there.
Brilliant!
