About
"Why We Dance - To share and teach our children our culture as Native Americans," said Mark Johnson, a Lipan Apache tribal member. Native Americans dance for many resaon at Pow Wows to make new friends, see old friends and family members. To dance for those who can no longer dance and to remember those who are no longer with us. A young Native American boy holds his father's hand during a recent Pow Wow in Shenandoah Valley, Va.
Nice shot, I like the flow of the white strings (sorry I don't know what they are called). I love how you captured the boy holding his father's hand, it shows a beautiful moment between them. You are very good at telling a story through photography, keep up the excellent work ;)
Great shot of the young boy holding his father's hand, Chuck! It really sends the message of a culture being handed down through generations. Good details and colour, too, and I like the way you caught the father's foot in mid stride. Dave.
