The high key works! Nice angle and mood.

Nicely composed, Manu. I like how all the white objects seem to wash into one another. Steve

I really like the compostion of this photo, and I like that it is really high-key, it comes across stronger that way I believe. Good work Manu ;o)

Hi Roger
Thanks for the comments on the use of color and BW..this is what I saw in the shot. When I was working on the image I was tempted to keep the exposure balanced but then I moved the slider too far to the left and though...yep..thats what I want this shot to say. So I left it as high-key.
Thanks for your thoughts Roger

Crikey, Mark.....your comments are exactly the reasons behind this shot....the whole church, dream, sinner, welcoming, God-like thing is all in there hence the over-exposed white to the left....thanks for recognising that, my friend

Hi Manu
I like the key effect. The point where you are losing detail in the white areas particularly the picket fence gives me the impression of walking in a dream. I like it.
Cheers Mark

Manu, one church I attended had over the door, "Only sinners welcome here." Interesting contrast! I appreciate the one tiny touch of colour that shows it isn't B&W. (I do think the whites are a little overexposed, but perhaps you were aiming for a "high key" effect?)

Great contrast of colors and of the message--strict, but welcoming of all. Interesting...

I like the way how the colour spots in the composition interact...
you are right...strict and welcome...doesn't fit...
Cheers, Verena
