Terrific composition, Don. The symmetry and depth are most effective as are the variations in color, texture and tone. Best wishes, --George

Petal, the wind was blowing so hard when I took this picture that I had to stand against the car so it wouldn't blow me away. I will try and get some closer shots this year. Thanks.. Don.

Neat field, but I'm much more interested in the other one... the 'larger plants'... would make some great 'up close shots' I'll bet... if you're allowed to get close that is... ;-D!! Nice shot and great compostion with the triagle of crop starting in the middle... well captured!!

This really shows the scale of the wide open space, I love the sky and the turbines, super shot, Chris.

And it looks VERY windy. Good idea, those generators! You've captured a good composition with the dirt on both sides and the crop coming down to a point. Love the sky with the puffy white clouds!
Good job, Lori :)

That's the changing face of the prairies, Don! Those wind generators are springing up near here, too. I like your sky and the detail in the plants, excellent DOF to catch all that from foreground to background! Dave.
