Wallace, I remember seeing scenes like this when I was a child on television. Amazing how it brings back those images to me. How poignant it is to see this with all that is going on today. Great capture during a tough time.

It was more than a dark mood, Jeff. This picture was shot well after dark, probably around 10PM. The only light was provided by the TV crews on the scene. Plenty bright but harsh and contrasty.

Wallace! This is a good capture on quite a few levels. A good journalistic capture here. A bit on the dark side but so was the mood at that time. I have always enjoyed your photos from this era. Great work as always...
