Jonathan, I appreciate all comments even those that may differ from mine. Thats what makes this web-site great. Manipulating photo's in PS is just as much fun to me as staining photos with tea bags must be to you.

The image itself is a nice contrast of colors with excellent detail. But, if you look at it objectively, do you think that digitally manufactured border adds or detracts from the photograph? It detracts in my opinion. Special effects are what people resort to when they have a weak image. This isn't a weak image. Keep up the good photographic work, but I would avoid the other stuff.
