For what it's worth, I don't see it in the thumbnail - only at full size. Try de-saturating it a bit. You also might consider getting calibration software, so you can adjust your monitor and scanner to a common standard.

I'll try some stuff, I don't know Photo Impact that well, though :(. I do know the Canon S300 I had at the time had a tendency to "overcolor". I don't see the splashes myself, but I'll see if I can get them paler, LOL.

I too see red blotches all over 'em. Looks like they are wearing Holloween paint. I'm pretty sure there ain't nothin' wrong with my monitor. It gets calibrated weekly.

Umm, maybe its my monitor Petra but I'm seeing reddish-orange blotches on their skin. It looks like a combination of too much contrast and too much red in the color balance. Sorry, I should have been more clear.

Hi Andy,
I'm looking at the picture and the skintones look exactly the way they did then ?? It was a *very* hot day and people were flushed and most of the workers were hispanic. Not trying to defend the colors, but I'm not sure what to change and how? Thanks for your comment, as always.

I like the composition Petra. However, there is something odd about the skintones of the workers. I'm not sure what happened but the skintones are really red. Not trying to knock your effort, but this aspect of the photo is really in need of correction.
