It looked like a cross-processed shot as well to me, but you haven't mentionned about it. Was it crossed or PS ? In any case, I'm in disagreement with julien here, and I think the cross-processed look is really the wrong thing for this image. As stated by Altaf, it kills the skin tone, but it also killed the flower by adding green and blue to its original yellow color.
Interesting. Again good use for cross processing, but I think its a pitty her head is so dark on one side. Still the background is creatively found IMO.
