Hey -
My wife is from Deleware. This is a lovely shot, might benefit from rule of thirds, but it has more of a zen (in the moment) feel to it.
Lovely exposure across the sky, an suggestion would be to adjust the ground color balance if you have PS or a tool like that to knock out the blue casting on the foam and brighten it to a true white.
Does that make sense?

Fantastic surreal atmosphere, Andrzej! You captured the foreground waves with such soft texture, they look miky, amazing beauty! The wavy line of the white foam against the dark sand is splendid, and so is the evening sky.
