You posted it because you like it, Todd. It is wonderful scenery and reflects that early morning feeling when the Sun begins to fill the land with light. At first, it feels like an intusion of the stillness, but it also brings a beauty of its own. You have captured both moods.

Hi Bruce,
You may be right. I never noticed that. This is an old photo that I wasn't sure I was going to post. It was taken in the early morning, so the background trees are almost blown out, while the forground is a little dark. There is also lots of glare on the stream.
Why did I post this anyway? ;^)

I thought from the thumbnail that this was a blurred image, but its not at all, very sharp all over, just the soft light.
It looks to be slightly unlevel, a couple of degrees rotation to the right needed? but very nice anyway.
