I see now why you cropped it so tightly. There is an unusual blue like line on the water which stands alone to be quite out of place in a larger crop. I love the smoother water but it didn't continue as I thought it would. Your tight crop turned out to be (in my humble opinion) a better choice although I still like the original composition. Your tight crop enhanced to give the image its most dramatic appearance. Well done.

Thanks for the comment Anne, Im glad you like the shot. Attached is the uncropped version showing more of the top. Since it is such a small fall, there isnt much above. Hope you like this one too. Jerry

Jerry this is very unusual to see the smooth misty water flowing into such a whitewash of foam and as you called it "Dancing Falls". I love the 2 very different textures in the water surfaces here. If you pass by there again would you please take another shot of this showing a bit more of the smoother falls on the top and just a little less in the foreground. I love seeing the smooth wall of water but my eyes are looking for a bit more of the smooth on the top before it flows over to the white dancing water. Probably jsut a personal preference but I would love to see just a bit more smooth water on the top as it's so inviting. Beautiful exposure and great composition to get the nice smooth wall of water catching a lovely soft light. A very well captured image. Great work.
Cheers - Ann :)
