It seems Iran is much behind of Turkey, Greece, Isreal, Pakistan, India in the nuclear industry. Hope there would not be fashion in bombing each other by nuclear. Hope people learn from Hiroshima, Nagasaki events! RESPECT

Well Kambiz, I still haven't got one word out of you as to why you're constnatly inciting hatred with your images. Other than the fact that this is image, and your ptior attempts are your idea of responsible "photojournalism".
You've been reduced to insulting members who don't like your offensive images and their cameras, just as you constantly insult the country where you opted to receive your education. I find people who have no rationale often do things like that.
While I haven't been taking pictures long, one thing I have learned is that it takes much more than a couple of MP's to make a good shot. You might want to keep that in mind the next time you point your pentax.

Terry, it would be better stop your discussion here. I am NOT going to answer you anymore. This is my last message about this image to you. I never hate nobody, no country as you suggested. I try to be a photojouranalist and try to show what I see. I love different subjects in photography. (unfortunately you learnt about photography late, since you bought your D70 and hold it's body). If you are interested in politics or these sort of subjects, I recommend you to go thousands internet discussion group and shout at them why that things went wrong. This site is based on the subject of photography which I love more than your D70. Please don't bother me no more, and start playing with it's DOF. God bless.

Opportunity? Like being educated in California? Where did you learn to hate so much? Maybe you could explain this to me on an indepth basis. My E-Mail Address is in my Profile. I'd be happy to hear what you have to say.

Terry YOU are completely in the wrong track. Simply I saw that image and I took it. There is NOT that fuss into it, unless you would like to make a big deal out of nothing. Your life doesn't worth it to make yourself a headche without knowing 'enough'. I recommend you to play with your Nikon D70 and enjoy it, and forget travelling. Stay in Canada for good. I wish I had your opportunity.

It seems to me Kambiz, that it promotes hatred of an entire Country. I wonder how you'd feel if it said "Down With Iran". You seem perfectly willing to use the US when it suits your needs, for your education as an example. Your last three Threads have had the same theme. What's your agenda? To better your Photography skills, or to promote ill will and hard feelings and provoke arguments?

Hugo, Thank you for your comment. No, that place is NOT the American Embassy. During the old regim, American government had a huge land (many hundreS acres) for their embassy in Tehran that is completely defaced. Yes, you are right not to take photo from those sensitive places, but not this place that I took that image. I guess this kind of images are a kind of reminder to people about what USA did to Iran. I am not sure [I only can guess].

I guess I saw your comment to one of my images that was removed from this site WITHOUT ANY REASONS on 02-01-06!!! I remember that you wrote me: "Nice message of hate for the New Year." I guess you are a VERY NARROW MINDED PERSON. You are similar to thoe monkeys that they don't want to say, don't see, and don't hear!! I am not sure what is your job in Canada that made you so narrow minded! Might be working in arm industries or army. I suggest you that travel around the world, (not Europe or North America). Then see the scars on different societies, people, old and young people, children, animals and environments. Then come back to this site and talk heavy stuff!!! Also I did NOT understand what did you mean " I still live in New York" what is the relation to my image???????????????

Hi Kambiz, I like what you did to the saturation, it makes the wall painting jump out of the screen. This is where the American Ambassey used to be in Tehran, isn't it? No photographing allowed there, If I'm not mistaken...
Cheers,
Hugo
