I see what you mean Jim. I told it, it´s just an experiment. I think rainbows in BW can be great but it can be obvious too that i have to improve it. Thanks for your time, i apreciatte your point of view.

I like it! It is really interesting to see a rainbow in b/w. One thing, it seems to be a bit dark, especially the island. Too much contrast maybe? Great work.

I think it's a neat experiment. The black/shadow portions of your image don't add to much to your image though. For me a rainbow is all about color so this isn't necessarily something that works for me. Now I know how a rainbow translates to B&W though... I'd likely have tried an experiment like this myself if I had the good fortune of photographing a rainbow.
