Hi Robert, I love the look and feel of the old, smudged cast iron fences; A timeless feeling, but also a rather dark, industrial "gotham" atmosphere about those heavy structures.
The perspective and tonal range are very good. I only think the lighter spots on the left distract a bit, and I'm not sure if they assist to the composition. I took the liberty of cropping a small strip off. Per attached...
