OK moving backwards in your portfolio to catch up since I missed some when I was away. You sure do live in a nice heavily vegetated area Kathy. I love the white frosted grasses in the foreground here. It's a beautiful lead in to the hidden building. Makes for a lovely balance to the darker trees on the right. Looks to be a nice piece of interesting driftwood under all that too. I'd be making use of that in my garden (if I had one). It reminds me onf one of those movies that you see where there has been a mysterious house in the forest and nobody knew it was there until one day you trip over by chance. Great shot.
Thanks also for your comment to my Sunset Icicles. It is strange to see something so cold in such a warm colour but it was a very vivid sunset that. I try to catch those sunsets when I see them. Thanks for dropping by.

Beautiful composition, Kathy! I love the negative contrast of off-whites over dark, especially the blue haze in the distance. The building hidden by the grasses is very nice too, the whole composition has a great painterly and romantic feel! Perfect winter day! Hugs, Ina

This is a very painterly shot, dear Kathy!It looks like an illustration for a fairy tale, maybe "Sleeping Beauty" (?)I love the lace-like effect of the frozen trees and grasses.

Beautiful Image Kathy! I like the detail just right on saturation. For some reason its very attractive the back round deep sea bluish greenish simplex.
