By the looks of her smile she had a nice Christmas party. Going by your title it would seem to me the boy in the background has a story to tell also so if you do crop him out you might want to change your title. Nice shot sonny.

I like this image. The grain works here and the contrast looks just right to me.
I might crop it a little tighter or lose the boy in the background. Nothing against the boy but he adds nothing here ;)
