Great capture Jeanette, the reflection from the warm light to the rail is fantastic & leads the eye to the rest of the image, I think this would look good too in b&w. Excellent composition, thanks much for the kind word to my image, regards.

Splendid harmony of geometry with imagination.

HI Mireille! Yes you are right, i waas walking, first of all, on a forbidden area and there was train going back and forth so i had to keep an eye on both sides cause i was so concentrating and could´nt hear them. So this is my most dangerous shot - thats tru, but maby not the last ;)

This is an incredible capture, Jeanette! I love the 3 red lamps. Into my favs.
My only concern: it must have been extremely dangerous to take this photo.

I love the composition, combined with this magic light. To me it looks very well composed. The light in the railways takes me to the brightest spot in the upper left corner. Beautiful as always Jeanette!

The lighted trails take my eyes straight into the frame and then onto the bright lighted area in the far end.The dark cross-bars,the increasingly complex arrangement of rails,the 'eyes' of the siding light and the enigmatic brightness in the distance all make this composition a pleasure to watch.

This is the best track shot I've seen in a long time Jeanette . The lone track on foreground works well and the golden tint on tracks is a touch of genius. How come I didn't think of that? I enjoy taking a walk trough the local tracks and maybe I'll try it tomorow. I think the sun will show itself. Whatever happen to our friend Carlos?
