Fantastic shot and mood Ali! The trees seem to be weeping, the windswept mood is captured with great beauty and dark tonality! A very dramatic composition! 7/7
Sorry I'm late with a lot of comments, best regards, Ina

Yes, you have photographed the wind. Very nice indeed. I saw the pic by Robert too, strange how it got attached to yours. Some strange things are going on on UseFilm I think.
I prefer the b/w as well, although I really like them both. The b/w is a touch more dramatic. Good one.

Neal Nye   {K:15827} 12/7/2005
It's difficult to photograph something invisible, like the wind, but you have succeeded very well. I think your PS work added even more to this shot. I like your second version better than the original. Very well done.

Kathy Hillard Kathy Hillard   {K:25721} 12/7/2005
Now that's a very strange thing that happened with the second upload!!! I'm glad that you noticed!
I much prefer the b&w. There must be a lot of wind in this area for trees to grow like that. Interesting!

I like both, but I really prefer the b/w. The composition is terrific. The bushes feel to me like people bowing to an unseen king to the left. Very well done!
