Hmmmm...I'll have to give that some thougt Alastair...as you said these guys don't pose well so you get what you get...coulda cropped out the right side but I thought it gave the composition some needed space...anyway, food for thought...Thanks

Lovely shot Larry... Those things are fast when they want to be too!!!
My only criticism of this is that the empty space should be on the otherside of the lizard to as to give us the feeling of looking with him at whatever he is looking at. As it stands there is a lot of dead space to the right that doesn't add a lot to the image (imho).
Perfect exposure and wonderful textures though Larry - and the colour palate really captures the warmth!
Not sure I'd call him adorable... or even all that cute personally! But then I have a thing about reptiles....

This turned out to be a really tough shot...the critter was in full sunlight and trying to get detail without overexposure was difficult
