Q. Featured Critique

Can anyone care explain this particular featured critique:

It is a Fetured Critique by the photographer who took the shot (that must be a first !!) .. and that's not all, his 'critique' is just a copy-paste of someone else's comment when he had uploaded the same image earlier.

Am I going mad or is there a better explanation ??
