Thanks for the great comment, Andrew. The effect was done in camera by using a wide apperture and putting some colourful out of focus flowers close to the lens.
I can understand your assumption that this is done with PS, because it is probably fairly easy to do with such a powerful tool (I havent tried to do it with PS yet - so I dont yet know how easy it actually is).
