About Taken at Bay St. Lawrence, a little fishing village off the beaten path of the Cabot Trail. Extreme North of Cape Breton. You can see this pier in my picture entitled Deadman's Pond.

Thanks, Todd. No, I'm not getting annoyed! I just wish I had more time to take pictures. One thing I have been doing is preparing 10 shots to enter in the State Fair Photography Competition. I dropped them off today. They said that they had 1600 entries, so I don't know what kind of chance I have, but it was fun getting them matted and mounted.

I'll get back to shooting soon........

Mark,

Thanks for all your kind words. I hope I'm not annoying you by asking about your pics. I'm just yanking your chain. ;^) I know what it's like to be swamped with work. It keeps interfering with hobbies! You have my sympathy.

Very nicely composed, Todd. I think you really captured the feel of the pier with this shot.

Mark

sorry I've been so behind on comments, getting crushed at work.

Cape Breton is such a wonderful place. I like how the showline here shows the wear and tear of the force of the waves. I'd love to travel along the road and view this fabulous scenery that you saw.
