Great composition, subject, and subtle dusk lighting.
The overall sharpeness of the photo is just not there though, which is too bad, because the above mentioned is really nice.
I am guessing a tripod was used, but even the horizon/background looks abit blurry. As for the boat, anything over a couple of seconds would probably result in blurred masts, as there is almost always a gentle rocking to moored boats.
Good effort, but I would reccommend trying to increase sharpness if you can reshoot - although this looks like a once in a lifetime kind of shot, esp. with the moon.

Very nice composition (thanks to the moon. Beautiful colours.
A bit of background electronic noise (understandable in these conditions).
I would suggest passing the photo through neat image or noise ninja.
Look at my portfolio. There is an image called "another world",taken in low light conditions. you have 2 versions of it, before and after noise ninja. It wil allow you to see the difference.
