"Mile To Go Before I Sleep". The bird looks so graceful walking with head held high. The concrete background symbolizes the hard realities of life where no matter what you can't stop and have to keep walking. The only campanion is your own shadow.
I have a special feeling for this picture in particular because once my very good friend & mentor who again has a very special place in my heart said, "When did we ever have a choice anyways. We keep walking and when we get tired we sit down for a while and then start walking again." How very true. Robinder this one is in your honor & memory. (CA 2005)
