Fabulous detail Len, lovely photograph - shooting at wide angle with a compact is a challenge. My Olympus 8080 goes down to 28mm but I still get the opposing verticals.
I have found a plugin for Adobe CS though that will allow for straightening (DCE Tools) - at the expense of losing part of the picture.
For me though, it is the intricasy of the detail that is appealing with this photograph :-)
