About Students protest in Paris last april 7th., late afternoon, in front of the University of Sourbone.
In the morning a few students got hurt in confrontation with police and were taken to a Hospital, according to one of the students I spoke to.
I took a few hidden shoots and cameras seemed not to be welcome, belive me.
I could?n believe how many policemen were there.
Digital Captured at ISO 800.

I chose ISO 800 because it was late afternoon (so more sun, just shade)and things were happening way too fast.
There were too many people around, too little space and time for me to move around in the crowd with my back pack and shoot at the same time so I tried to make sure I would get some sharp pictures.
Thanks for your time and attention looking at my photos.
Best wishes.

Alyazia, thanks for your kind commet. I don?t know exactly the motivation for these protests, but it occured all over France and in some cities things got kindda hot between students and police. When I came back to my hotel I saw it on the news but my french is terrible and I couln?t understand it very well. I can remember that it was related to some changes in the French government education policy.

Great street capture. Believe me, it's better to take with you a compact and economic camera than a reflex in a manifestation, the police (of every country) isn't much happy about someone shooting photo.

É, Sérgio... parece que o mundo não anda estas coisas não... em qualquer lugar... para quê este tipo de policiamento em um protesto estudantil?
Ótima foto jornalística. Que bom tê-lo de volta..
Abraço!!!
