I must be in a meloncoly mood, but this one struck me of all your incredible photos. And I have to say I love your portfolio. The mood here is excellent but what I love most is the sense of solitude from this shot. A private moment of reflection caught (at night of all things!). Excellent work here.

hi arwa,
sorry that I'm so late ;-)
thanks a lot for the credit... you don't need any support with your great pictures =)
the lighting in this picture is so special... I guess the actual shutter is not 5 mins as in this case one can't see the person so sharp ;-)
but the misty tones, the sea and the person being in harmony with nature is well captured and composed. really appreciate your efforts. wonderful outcome.
best wishes,
thilo

I don;t know what to say, it is just Superb. I was trying to find something to argue about, but everyting is superb.. Really really fantastic work. Is that smoke/mist you see in frond of the person?? It really gives it a feeling of silence, and a mysterios touch. I am suprised that the white clothes of the person didn;t get over-exposed with a shutter of 5 min. Really amazing work! Greets, Lex

Arwa! making dramatic shots ot transfering personal feelings about the simply moments of day life is realy hard. this shot exactly showes the photographer skill in controlling the light and using long shutter speed( 5 minutes )to expose all motions of light on the waves. so, it is a thoughtful done. tone has choosen helpful. framing enhance the feel. bravo arwa. continue good experiments.
