About This is written on the Records Building that was right next to the Alfred P. Murray building when the explosion occurred. This is what the rescue team of "Team 5" wrote on the wall during rescue operations in honor of the those killed and those who survived with imbedded scars.

My best friends brothers is a firefighter in the area and worked the rescue and to this day it is something he has never spoke of and probably never will.

Ron, thank you for the comment. I hope this doesnt bring back bad memories. I mean, I'm sure it does in some ways but I wanted people to see and learn about it. We need to learn about it. We need to see it.
I cry when I see this writing on the wall. I just makes me feel for everyone involved. Not only the victims and families but the rescue workers. I just can't imagine what they themselves went through during this time and that includes the rescue dogs. Yes, they do have feelings also.
Thank you for sharing about the book. Im going to have to check into that. What a great thing to do for that family. God Bless You.
