By your standards I am not very happy with the formatting. Although offsetting helps its not helping here. The hat is cut off and the portrait would have been better if you could have used a more rectangular format with the hat also in situ.
The best part is the solarising effect of her jacket with the brown background.

Nice portrait, I like the way he blouse looks as if a solarized effect was added ! The thin glow line noticable around the hat bothers me a little but over all you captured a very nice spontaneous portrait !!!
